1. Agreement to Terms By scheduling, requesting, or receiving services from Second Chance Landscaping LLC ("Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services We provide residential and commercial landscaping services including lawn maintenance, tree removal, junk removal, pressure washing, mulching, sod installation, flower bed installation, gutter cleaning, and related exterior services in the North Houston area.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations Appointments may be scheduled by phone, text, or online request. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.

4. Payment Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and digital payment methods. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee.

5. Service Estimates Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of quote. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was described or additional work is requested on-site.

6. Property Access By scheduling a service, you authorize Second Chance Landscaping LLC and its crew to access the designated areas of your property necessary to complete the requested work.

7. Liability Second Chance Landscaping LLC carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage resulting from conditions outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed.

8. Text Messaging Consent By providing your phone number and requesting services, you consent to receive text messages from Second Chance Landscaping LLC related to scheduling, quotes, service updates, and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell your information to third parties.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Harris County, TX.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
